The meeting brought the main opposition groups together at the Islamabad home of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, who leads the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl. Those taking part included Mahmood Khan Achakzai, the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly, who heads the Tehreek-i-Tahafuz-i-Ayeen-i-Pakistan alliance. The parties agreed to work together in parliament and to hold an all parties conference within ten days, according to Dawn. They also raised fresh concern about the health of Imran Khan, the jailed PTI founder, whose party is part of the opposition alliance. The video above summarises what was agreed. The conference is expected to bring parties that rarely sit together onto one platform.
